Several groups in Hawaii have come together and jointly applied to run a "mini" Maker Faire® on Oahu. The event will be held on Saturday, March 15th, 2014 at Iolani School.
A Maker Faire is a family-friendly festival of invention, creativity and resourcefulness. It is an all-ages gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists, students and commercial exhibitors. All of these "makers" come to Maker Faire to show what they have made and share what they have learned.
If you are a maker, we are currently accepting applications to exhibit. Show your stuff!
If you would like to attend or just learn a bit more about the event, visit the Honolulu Maker Faire site for all of the latest news.
We hope to see you there!
